Burger King #GrilledBy2020

2020 was one of the most difficult years in recent memory – with the pandemic laying waste to everyone’s best laid plans (& plans B, C, D,…., and Z). To put it shortly, we were grilled by this year.

We decided to give our consumers a chance at redemption, by letting them get back at 2020, by flame grilling it….(almost) literally!

We created the Flame Grill Filter for Instagram and Facebook that let the users flame grill to their hearts content, all the things that reminded them how 2020 didn’t go as planned.

The filter was a great success for the brand and was covered in publications such as afaqs!, Brand Equity, Exchange4Media and Social Samosa, and won the Gold for “Tech Enabled Campaign” at the ET Shark Awards 2021
